Meet People: Learn. Serve. Grow!

Small Groups

Various times | Various locations
Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, NCCU has small bible studies held in member homes and at the church office. The size of the group is anywhere from four to twelve. Ask for information about current small groups and find a place to ‘plug in’.

Men oF Integrity (MOI)

3rd Saturday of each month | 8:15am-9:30am | Union Fire Hall
Contact: Marshall Maring – 360.463.3136 or Ray Copelin – 503.523.8724
The third Saturday of the month MOI hosts a breakfast which offers opportunities for broken and healing men seeking the truth in Christ. No condemnation! If you do not attend a church currently, this is a good way to get to know these men who look just like you, from all backgrounds and see how walking in faith is changing their lives in powerful ways. Bring your Bible, bring a friend!

Women’s Fellowship

2nd Saturday of the month | 10am- Noon | Union Fire Hall|
Contact Valerie Rees – 360. 898.2866 or Melanie Denison – 360.463.6527
The second Saturday of each month gives the ladies in our church family and community special times of interaction at the Women’s Fellowship gathering. These are  times of Bible study, guest speakers, prayer (and, of course, food), and provide a refreshing discipleship opportunity for the women in the church.

Quilter’s Group

Tuesdays | 10:00am – 1:00pm | NCCU Office
Contact Sandy Carney – 360.490.3856
Every Tuesday the church office is bustling with women busy working on sewing/handwork projects. Anyone can join and learn the art of quilting!  These lovely quilts are given to the elderly in local care facilities, presented to local organizations such as Care Net Pregnancy Center and Habitat for Humanity.

Baby Quilts are sold at the church office along with other handmade items, beautiful fabric purses, table runners, receiving blankets, pot holders and more! The sales from these quilts and gifts help the Quilters to continue on with needed supplies, keeping this vital ministry going.

Get Involved in caring for others!

The NCCU Care Ministry needs volunteers to help with driving, shopping, visiting, making phone calls, sending cards and more. If you have a heart for people and would like to lend a helping hand, please contact Care Coordinator: Jolene McArthur  360 801-1896
All are welcome and training is available!
